NETSCAPE 4.7 USERS:
Netscape 4.7 handles things differently than Internet Explorer which has made this process a bit more nightmarish than it should have been.  Sorry to all of the netscape users out there for the hassle -- if my hardworking hubby ever figures out how to fix it a different way, I'll post it here.
  
Here's the problem:

1. the first worksheet will print fine

2. when you hit GENERATE NEW WORKSHEET, you'll see a new worksheet on your screen, but when you PRINT, it will print the first worksheet again.

Here's the fix (the directions take longer to read than they do to accomplish -- once you've done it two or three times, it becomes second nature)

1. print the first worksheet you see just like you normally would

2. hit the <BACK hyperlink

3. On your netscape menu, select:

   • EDIT, 

     • PREFERENCES, 

       • ADVANCED (double click or hit the + sign beside the word)

         • CACHE

           • Click the CLEAR MEMORY CACHE button

           • Chose OK
               

           • Click the CLEAR DISK CACHE button

           • Chose OK
               

         • Click OK or CANCEL from the bottom of the Preferences Window
             

4. Now click the link to go back into whatever worksheets you're working with, print the worksheet as normal and start the process all over again.
